The Southworth house is an Italianate 4-story brick building that was once a historic grocery store and warehouse in the late 1800s. With a $4 million project budget, the house was converted into retail space and one and two bedroom apartments. The first floor includes retail and storage, while the second, third, and fourth floors include a total of 18 apartment units. There is a courtyard and atrium in the center of the building to provide additional light, as well as basement parking. The exposed wood structures throughout the building and the roof deck overlooking Public Square and downtown enhance the charm and overall drama of these luxury apartments.
