PROJECT DESCRIPTION

The historic Columbus Municipal Light Plant underwent a major transformation into an event space and office building. The original 1903 power plant with its brick arched windows and high trussed ceilings was converted to a new event venue. The original Boiler House now houses a first-floor parking garage and 10,000 square feet of high-ceiling office space. The 1954 power generation building houses interior parking on the basement and first floor as well as 46,000 square feet of office space, enhanced with a new entry hall addition that connects to the original powerhouse and new 5-story main atrium.
