PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Recently constructed adjacent to the Bradenton Area Convention Center, the Palmetto Marriott Resort & Spa is a 252-guestroom hotel with a 10,000 SF full-service conference center, a 10,000 SF lounge, and a feature bar. The private M-Club was designed in a conjunction with Hirsch Bedner Associates, complete with its own outdoor dining area, dedicated 3-meal kitchen, and roof-top lounge and oyster bar. Other amenities include a 3,000 SF spa and outdoor pool area, a neighboring beach-club, and a future outdoor event space.
