​PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Built in 1983 for the Ohio Bell Telephone Company, The Bell, a contributing building to the Erieview National Register Historic District, was recently rehabilitated into a mixed-use residential and commercial building with 367 units and 3 commercial spaces. Residential amenity spaces throughout the building include a fitness center, an enclosed dog wash and play area, and several co-working and community lounges. Roof decks that overlook Lake Erie are located on the 3rd and 15th floors, with the 15th-floor roof deck featuring a heated pool and hot tub.
